Hey there! I travel a bit for my career to our main office and I wanted to show you that even business travel can be an opportunity to stay the course for your health. I shot a quick video to show you that by packing some foods you can still follow your path to health. If you fly, then I suggest hitting the nearest grocery store and staying in a room with some form of refrigeration. I hope this helps some of you out. Lemongrass can be chopped up, but I actually like bruising it and then tossing it in soups or braising meat.
thanks for the ideas! I was actually trying to find a useful use for the breastmilk storage containers! what a great idea to put salad dressing in them! Do you use them for anything else crafty like that?
Very cool, Dan. We don’t travel much but when we go to visit in-laws we pack most of the food we’re going to need. Even if we did go grocery shopping when we got there, it’s just too hard to find a variety of good paleo food at grocery stores. Last time we couldn’t even find a store that carried Coconut Milk. :\
You know this is something I need massive help with, Dan. I travel a few times a week with hotel stays. There is only so much food prep I can do before hand. I would love to see some more vids, on workouts etc. Excellent site!
