So for weeks now my fitness has been really stepped up a bit. I need to be eating more and especially a bit more fruits. My breakfasts have been my most favorite meal of the day. What better place to add the calories than to get a paleo/primal cereal. Here is what I’ve been eating along with some eggs.
Paleo “cereal” recipe:
1/4c coconut milk
1/8c raspberries
1/8c blueberries
1/8c blackberries
10-15 almonds/pecans/walnuts
Combine and eat. Vanilla optional.
This was our go-to snack when we first went Primal…I’d sprinkle some cinnamon on mine too – YUM!
