Dan’s Accountability

Today was pretty textbook. I worked out and ate well, although, I skipped lunch. It was interesting to workout on in a fasted state. It wasn’t that bad. I followed it up with creatine 5g.

Dan’s Nutrition

B: 2 Eggs, 4 bacon (Monique was not hungry so I ate hers!), 1oz salmon, 2T coconut milk + 16oz coffee
S: 1/2 avocado + 1 scoop whey + 1/4c coconut milk + ice water
L: IF
D: 1/2 avocado, 2c greens, 8oz chicken breast, 1/4 red pepper, 2tsp olive oil and vinegar
S: 1/4 raspberries + 1T coconut milk

WOD: 30 minutes of kettle bell protocol (100 deadlifts, 30 military press, 100 2-handed swings)

While running errands, I carried Emil in our Baby Bjorn for 1.5 hours.

S: 1 Apple
L:  3 oz chicken breast, cups greens, cucumber, 1/2 avocado, oil and vinegar
D: 1/2 avocado, 2c greens, 8oz chicken breast, 1/4 red pepper, 2tsp olive oil and vinegar
S: 3 pieces of dark  organic chocolate
