Starting October 25th 2010, Monique and Dan began their 6-Week journey to cleaning up their diet, their fitness and on a path to a better lifestyle. It's never too late. Make the decision yourself and keep up on our progress. Every day we plan on logging our daily nutritional intake and fitness for that day.
