Monique’s Accountability

Last night was rough. Emil woke every 1.5 to 2 hours do to congestion, therefore I received little quality sleep. The uber caffeinated latte did not help the situation, since it added to the jitters I was already feeling. Today was turned around my our little guy taking a lengthy nap in the early evening after nursing in bed. I so love our naps!

Monique’s Nutrition

B: 2 Eggs, 1/2 cup sweet potato hash brown with bacon fat
S: Latte w/soy milk, pumpkin muffin (This was consumed while at a coffee house, bad girl)
L: 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 red pepper
D: 3 scallops, 5 oz hanger steak, broccoli, 1/4 sweet potato, 2 glass Malbec, 2 pieces of dark chocolate

B: 2 eggs, 1/4c sweet potato, 16oz coffee +coconut milk
L: Shakeology + scoop whey + 1/4c coconut milk
D: 3 scallops, 5 oz hanger steak, broccoli, 1/4 sweet potato, 2 glass Malbec, 2 pieces of dark chocolate
