Monique’s Wrap Up

Rest day! I will not tell a lie, this girl is a bit hungry. It’s almost 10 pm and I’ll be heading to bed soon waiting for my wake-up call for his feeding. Last night he woke up 5 times, tonight I am hoping for 2. Remember to get your sleep folks, for those of you have that freedom. SLEEP! It does a body good:)

You will notice that I have a major sweet tooth and a liking for chocolate. I am working on keeping this in check. If you have any sweet satiating snacks to suggest, please do.

B: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 1 ounce smoked salmon, 2 cups of 50 caf/50 decaf coffee with coconut milk
S: Lara Bar – coffee chocolate, 1/2 apple
L: Hearty salad with 1/2 avocado, oil and vinegar
S: 1 plum
D: Chipotle pork burrito bowl, no dairy, 1 piece of Dan’s homemade beef jerky
S: 1/2 cup of coconut ice cream, chocolate

Dan’s Wrap Up

Same here. Today was extremely difficult. My LoseIt data for the last 2 days was about 38g of carbs for both days. Wow. I am beginning to smell a bit and feeling really weak. I took today off from working out since it was 3 on 1 off. Tomorrow I will be back at it. The nutrition was “ok” due to a meeting I had with an out of towner coming here to meet about a project. I ate paleo although I bet there was some gluten in there somewhere. I did not pig out on the potatoes which was good. I did manage to have a glass of wine or two. :[ Loaded up on fish oils once I came home.
